Strategy underpins everything that we do.

Whether it be professional or personal, we’re acting on notions of where we’re going and how to get there.

And we’re often surprised to find that these notions range from conscious thoughts to deeply hidden drives and intuitions.

All culminating in our overarching strategies for life.

So naturally we might ask,

“Are my current strategies the best that I can hope for?”

Creative Inspiration

If our current strategies haven’t been yielding satisfying returns, then discovering inspiration and possibility carries promise of something new.

Infusing our personal strategies with creativity adds perspective to aspiration, elegance to pursuit, and wisdom to everyday being.

It’s work that begins internally and expresses outwardly.

What new ways of feeling, thinking and doing can bring us closer to the lives we want for ourselves and others?

Reconstellation

We light up internally as we consider and move towards what we want.

These internal constellations of feeling and perception form the basis of our interpretation and approaches to life.

Reconstellation is about reworking these lights within us in the hopes of feeling, being and acting closer to what’s healthy and sustainable for us.

Aiming for change that will gradually be recognized and rewarded by the world.

How you are is important for what you get. And what you get is important for how you are.

We reconstellate to revise our personal strategies.

Add Heat to Reconstellate

Few things test us internally like fiercely grappling with complex challenges.

Intense personally meaningful endeavors of call forth changes within us to meet the demands.

If you’ve been wanting to create something and put it out into the world, we’re inviting you to join our cohort of others embracing the internal struggle of reshaping our character and abilities.

Reconstellation treats this not only as a time to put something important of your own out there, but to pick up insights and lessons about yourself that will carry into what’s next.

It’s more of a writing camp than it is a bootcamp. You’ll be surrounded by a group that appreciates intentionality just as much as it appreciates intensity.

Who we are

Reconstellation is a Supercycle.org program run by the co-founders who for years have been specializing in how shifting people’s underlying perceptions and interpretations can enhance their life strategies.

We’ve seen the importance and effectiveness of this work across our experience coaching leaders and industry luminaries, running a cohort-based coaching training program, and launching a personal and professional development community.

Reconstellation resembles the cohort-based developmental learning approach we took in our coaching training program. Here are testimonials of those who participated.

Our coaching often takes place with a backdrop of transitional circumstances, whether initiated proactively or encountered reactively, where the life strategies our clients have accumulated along the way are irrelevant, inadequate, conflicting, and/or incomplete.

Reconstellation is our way of enhancing this potent individual work by bringing it to a larger supportive group.
